72-34-116. Duty with respect to cotrustees. If a trust has more than one trustee, each trustee has a duty to do the following:
     (1) to participate in the administration of the trust; and
     (2) to take reasonable steps to prevent a cotrustee from committing a breach of trust or to compel a cotrustee to redress a breach of trust.
