72-35-402. Transfer of place of administration or property from Montana. (1) The court may make an order for the transfer of the place of administration of a trust or the transfer of some or all of the trust property to a jurisdiction outside this state as provided in this chapter.
     (2) Except as otherwise provided in this part, proceedings under this chapter are governed by this part.
