77-1-1104. (Temporary) Historic riverbed use account. (1) There is an account in the state special revenue fund into which the fees collected pursuant to 77-1-1103 must be deposited.
     (2) The funds in the account may be used only for administering the provisions of 77-1-1103. (Void on occurrence of contingency--sec. 12, Ch. 475, L. 2009.)
