77-1-1108. (Temporary) Ownership of beds of navigable rivers. The board or the department may only require a lease, license, or easement for the use of the bed of a river that has been adjudicated as navigable for title purposes by a court of competent jurisdiction or was meandered by official government survey at the time of statehood.
