37-3-328. Failure to appear or testify. A person subpoenaed in the manner provided in 37-3-327 who fails or refuses to appear and testify must be dealt with by the district court from which the subpoena was issued in the same manner and to the same effect as though the subpoena had commanded the person to appear and testify in a cause on trial in that court.
