41-3-1201. (Temporary) Office of child and family ombudsman established. (1) There is an office of the child and family ombudsman within the department of justice provided for in 2-15-2001.
     (2) As used in this part, "ombudsman" means the office of the child and family ombudsman. (Terminates June 30, 2015--sec. 12, Ch. 333, L. 2013.)
