41-3-1202. (Temporary) Purpose and intent. The legislature finds that:
     (1) an independent, impartial, and confidential ombudsman can serve to protect the interests and rights of Montana's children and families; and
     (2) an independent, impartial, and knowledgeable ombudsman can work collaboratively with the department to strengthen the department's child and family services. (Terminates June 30, 2015--sec. 12, Ch. 333, L. 2013.)
