61-8-408. Multiple convictions prohibited. When the same acts may establish the commission of an offense under 61-8-401 and 61-8-406 or 61-8-401 and 61-8-411, a person charged with the conduct may be prosecuted for a violation of 61-8-401 and 61-8-406 or 61-8-401 and 61-8-411. However, the person may be convicted of only one offense under 61-8-401, 61-8-406, or 61-8-411.
