61-8-604. Clinging to vehicles. A person riding upon any bicycle, coaster, roller skates, sled, or toy vehicle may not attach the conveyance or be attached to any vehicle upon a roadway, but a bicycle trailer or bicycle semitrailer may be attached to a bicycle if that trailer or semitrailer has been designed for attachment.
