	2015 Joint Rules

   Joint Rule 40-20. Appropriation bills -- introduction in House -- feed bill. (1) All appropriation bills must originate in the House of Representatives.
   (2) Appropriation bills for the operation of the Legislature must be introduced by the chair of the House Appropriations Committee.
