Explanation - This amendment restores reductions resulting from the 5% plan and the additional 2% vacancy savings in the Challenge Program. In FY 2018 this amendment restores $70,130 general fund and $210,389 federal special revenue. In FY 2019 this amendment restores $70,173 general fund and $210,518 federal special revenue. This includes the restoration of personal services funding related to 2.57 FTE.
