Explanation - This amendment restores reductions resulting from the 5% plan in the Business Standards Division. In FY 2018 this amendment restores $945,153 state special revenue. In FY 2019 this amendment restores $945,153 state special revenue. This includes the restoration of personal services funding related to 11.13 FTE.
