Explanation -This amendment restores reductions resulting from the 5% plan and additional 2% vacancy savings in the Army National Guard and Air National Guard. In FY 2018 this amendment restores $110,925 general fund, $21 state special revenue, and $498,324 federal special revenue. In FY 2019 this amendment restores $110,890 general fund, $21 state special revenue, and $498,667 federal special revenue. This includes the restoration of personal services funding related to 2.33 FTE.
