Explanation - This amendment makes technical corrections to HB 2. Items 1 and 2 remove $244 in state special revenue in FY 2018 from the legislative audit appropriation in the State Information Technology Services Division.

Item 3 corrects general fund in the Water Resources Division, adding $32,315 in FY 2018 and $33,917 in FY 2019.

Item 4 corrects general fund in the Agriculture Development Division by removing $736 in FY 2018 and $736 in FY 2019.

This amendment also adds 1 FTE to Department of Environmental Quality.

Item 5 provides for an adjustment in fixed costs for non-office rent for the Legal Services Division increasing general fund $38 in FY18 and FY19, state special revenue by $8 in FY 2018 and FY 2019, and federal funds by $1 in FY 2018 and FY 2019.

Item 6 correct state special revenue in FY 2019, decreasing it by $50 in and input the correct state special revenue in the Central Services Division
