Explanation - This amendment eliminates the 5% base funding reduction for state special revenue of $107,058 each year of the biennium and 2% vacancy savings of $32,812 in FY 2018 and $32,987 in FY 2019 in the Architecture and Engineering Division. State special revenue funds increase $139,870 in FY 2018 and $140,045 in FY 2019.
