1. Page B-3, line 4: Department of Public Health and Human Services.

Following: line 3

Insert:

    "(1) If the unaudited general fund revenue, including transfers in, for fiscal year 2017, as certified by the state treasurer, exceeds the revenue estimate adopted in House Joint Resolution No. 2 by at least 2%, FY 2018 appropriations are increased as follows:

    (a) to the Developmental Services Division additional general fund of $2,955,748 and additional federal funds of $5,593,052; and

    (b) to the Senior and Long-Term Care Division additional general fund of $3,923,817 and additional federal funds of $7,814,035.

    (2) If the unaudited general fund revenue, including transfers in, for fiscal year 2018, as certified by the state treasurer, exceeds the revenue estimate adopted in House Joint Resolution No. 2 by at least 4%, FY 2019 appropriations are increased as follows:

    (a) to the Developmental Services Division additional general fund of $5,919,189 and additional federal funds of $11,178,411; and

    (b) to the Senior and Long-Term Care Division additional general fund of $7,858,198 and additional federal funds of $15,617,505.

    (3) The additional appropriations are to be used to fund a $1.00 per hour wage increase for direct care workers in the Developmental Services Division and the Senior and Long-Term Care Division in FY 2018 and to fund a $2.00 per hour wage increase for direct care workers in the Developmental Services Division and the Senior and Long-Term Care Division in FY 2019. State funds will be matched with federal funds according to FMAP. These funds are to be used for the sole purpose of increasing worker hourly wages and may not be used to pay for an employee bonus system in lieu of a wage increase."
