Emergency Approval Authority Invalid For Nuclear Facilities

75-20-1205. Emergency approval authority invalid for nuclear facilities. Notwithstanding the provisions of 75-20-304(2) and (3), the board may not waive compliance with any of the provisions of 75-20-201 and 75-20-203 or this part relating to certification of a nuclear facility.
