81-7-504. Duration of permit -- fee. The department of livestock shall establish a fee for the permit, and each permit shall be valid for a period set by the department not to exceed 3 years. All fees for permits shall be paid to the department of livestock for deposit in the state treasury to the credit of the state special revenue fund for predatory animal control.
