Rules To Implement Reciprocal Agreements

87-2-1004. Rules to implement reciprocal agreements. The department is authorized to establish rules for the purpose of implementing agreements established under 87-2-1001. It is unlawful to violate any orders or rules promulgated by the department under this part.
