The restoration includes

 - General fund: $339,710 in FY 2020 and $339,710 in FY 2021

 - State special fund: $2,948 in FY 2020 and $2,948 in FY 2021

 - Proprietary: $8,997 in FY 2020 and $8,997 in FY 2021

 - An associated 1.00 FTE
