Explanation - This amendment restores the reductions to the statewide present law adjustment for personal services in the State Financial Services Division in the Department of Administration. This includes the restoration of general fund of $50,000 in each fiscal year and state special revenue of $2,925 in each fiscal year and the associated 1.00 FTE.
