Explanation - This amendment removes the one-time-only designation on the appropriation for the Primary Business Sector Training in the Montana Office of Tourism and Business Development in the Department of Commerce. This removes the one-time-only designation on general fund appropriations of $600,000 each fiscal year and state special revenue appropriations of $81,876 in FY 2020 and $81,670 in FY 2021.
