Explanation - This amendment fully restores the reductions to the statewide present law adjustment for personal services the first four of the five Department of Revenue programs, and partially restores the reductions to the statewide present law adjustment for personal services in the Property Assessment Division.

The Director's Office restoration of $140,000 over the biennium includes

 - General fund: $67,627 in FY 2020 and $67,627 in FY 2021

 - State special fund: $586 in FY 2020 and $586 in FY 2021

 - Proprietary: $1,787 in FY 2020 and $1,787 in FY 2021

 - An associated 1.00 FTE

The Citizen Services and Resource Management Division restoration of $280,000 over the biennium includes

 - General fund: $135,892 in FY 2020 and $135,892 in FY 2021
