Explanation - This amendment adds a restricted general fund appropriation of $290,925 in FY 2020 in the Legislative Services Division in the Legislative Branch. This appropriation is contingent on the passage of HB 106 which increases the cost for each legislator's allowance to include the employees' and employers' portion of payroll taxes.
