Explanation - This amendment increases the general fund appropriation at Senior and Long Term Care division by $3,334,639.

The increase in general fund is equal to the amount appropriated in HB 17 by the 65th legislature with matching federal funds based on the current FMAP. The intent of the appropriation is that the department will increase the reimbursement rate for adult residential service slots in the amounts and manner required by HB 17.
