Explanation - This amendment reduces the traditional Medicaid appropriation at the Department of Public Health and Human Services by $30,000,000 general fund in FY 2020 and FY 2021 with a reduction in associative Federal matching funds.

The appropriation for Hospital Inpatient and Hospital Outpatient services at Health Resources Division, Developmental Services Division, and Addictive and Mental Disorders Division will be reduced in proportion to the total for these services at each respective divison.
