Insert: "Appropriations for Medicaid benefits and claims at Developmental Services Division, Health Resources Division, Senior and Long Term Care Division, and Addictive and Mental Disorders Division are appropriated as restricted. Prior to establishing appropriations on the state accounting system (SABHRS) for the 2021 biennium, the Office of Budget and Program Planning shall confirm the amounts of the appropriations with the Legislative Fiscal Division as they are recorded on the state budgeting system (IBARS)."
