2-18-623. (Temporary) Compensatory time death benefit. Compensatory time accumulated by an employee of a state agency as defined in 2-2-102 who dies in an accident while on the job and before being able to use the compensatory time must be converted at 100% of its value to a death benefit to be paid to the employee's beneficiary or estate.
