Qualifications Of Directors

35-1-417. (Temporary) Qualifications of directors. The articles of incorporation or bylaws may prescribe qualifications for directors. A director need not be a resident of this state or a shareholder of the corporation unless required by the articles of incorporation or bylaws. (Repealed effective June 1, 2020--secs. 269, 274, Ch. 271, L. 2019.)
