35-1-548. (Temporary) Applicability to foreign corporations. In a derivative proceeding in the right of a foreign corporation, the matters covered by 35-1-541 through 35-1-548 are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction of incorporation of the foreign corporation except for 35-1-544, 35-1-546, and 35-1-547.
