Penalty For Violation Of Two Preceding Sections

37-61-415. Penalty for violation of two preceding sections. An attorney and counselor who violates either 37-61-413 or 37-61-414 is guilty of a misdemeanor and on conviction thereof shall be punished accordingly and must be removed from office by the supreme court.
