Part 1. General Provisions

Obstructing Local Health Officer In The Performance Of Duties Unlawful

50-2-122. Obstructing local health officer in the performance of duties unlawful. It is unlawful to:

(1) hinder a local health officer in the performance of duties under this chapter;

(2) remove or deface any placard or notice posted by the local health officer; or

(3) violate a quarantine regulation.
