Transfer Of Child To Other Facility Or Institution

52-5-110. Transfer of child to other facility or institution. The department of corrections, upon recommendation of the superintendent of a facility, may transfer a child resident in one of its youth correctional facilities to any other facility or institution under the jurisdiction and control of the department.
