Department To Compile List Of Qualified Developmental Disabilities Professionals

53-20-107. Department to compile list of qualified developmental disabilities professionals. The department of public health and human services shall compile and provide to each district court within the state a list of developmental disabilities professionals who possess competencies in the evaluation and habilitation of persons with developmental disabilities.
