85-2-527. (Temporary) General fund transfer. By August 15 of each year, the state treasurer shall transfer $250,000 plus the approved inflation factor contained in the revenue estimating resolution each fiscal year from the general fund to the ground water investigation program account for the purpose of funding the ground water investigation program.
