Explanation - This amendment appropriates $1.0 million in each year of the biennium to the Human and Community Services Division for the purpose of adjusting the TANF income eligibility limits. This increase is intended to change the Federal Poverty Level (FPL) year used to determine eligibility from 2011 to the most current year.
