Explanation - This amendment adjusts the appropriation for subsidized adoption, subsidized guardianship, and foster care in the Child and Family Services Division. This increases the general fund appropriation by $6.4 million, decreases the state special appropriation by $129,000, and decreases the federal fund appropriation by $204,000.
