1. Page C-2, line 10:

 

Strike: "The entire HB 2 appropriation for the Parks and Outdoor Recreation Division in the Department of Fish, Wildlife, and Parks is to be considered as one-time-only."

 

Insert: "It is the intent of the Legislature to consider the 2027 biennium budget for the Parks and Outdoor Recreation program in the Department of Fish, Wildlife, and Parks from zero to the full recommended budget. The department shall explain the necessity of each reporting level (RL4) of the program budget, including the base budget for the budget submission for the 2027 biennium budget."

Explanation - This amendment removes language that classifies the budget for the Parks and Outdoor Recreation program as one-time-only. New language is inserted that requires the agency to explain the entire budget, including base funding, to the 2027 Legislature.
