Explanation - This amendment reduces the Board of Crime Control, in the Department of Justice, base budget line by $2.0 million in general fund for the Increase Authority for Victim Services in FY 2024 and FY 2025 and creates a one-time-only line item of $1.0 million in FY 2024 and FY 2025. This amendment creates a reduction of $1.0 million in FY 2024 and FY 2025.
