Explanation - This amendment fixes the following errors in HB 2: Amounts in section B decision packages DP 1777, 3777, and 11998. In section E, Office of Public instruction, this amendment makes the Indian Language Preservation Program and Teacher Licensing System appropriations restricted and biennial line items per the intent of the section E subcommittee.

This amendment establishes the new proprietary maintenance rate approved by the section C subcommittee for the Department of Fish, Wildlife, and Parks.

Corrects the tier 2 and 3 rates for the Motor Pool within the Department of Transportation to the rates passed by the section C subcommittee.
