Explanation - This amendment increases one-time-only general fund appropriations by $125,000 in FY 2024 and $125,000 in FY 2025 in the Legislative Services Division in the Legislative Branch for the run up to the 2025 Legislative Session. This appropriation is for the Legislative Services Division to provide a constitutional review of legislation that is proposed or passed by the Legislature before the bills are sent to the Governor.
