Explanation - This amendment removes FTE in Section D that have been vacant for a period of 2 years or more as of February 15 of this fiscal year.
Items 1, 2, and 3 of this amendment remove a total of 5.05 FTE from the Judicial Branch. The District Court Operations is reduced by general fund of $210,203 in FY 2024 and $210,817 in FY 2025 and will be reduced by 3.8 FTE. The Water Courts Supervision is reduced by state special revenue of $70,033 in FY 2024 and $70,254 in FY 2025 and will be reduced by 0.75 FTE. The Clerk of Court is reduced by general fund of $39,589 in FY 2024 and $39,692 in FY 2025 and will be reduced by 0.50 FTE.
Item 4 of this amendment reduces the Gambling Control Division within the Department of Justice by state special revenue of $216,679 in FY 2024 and $217,372 in FY 2025 and will be reduced by 3.00 FTE.
Item 5 of this amendment reduces the Public Safety Division within the Department of Corrections by general fund of $208,164 in FY 2024 and $208,869 in FY 2025 and will be reduced by 2.00 FTE.
Item 6 of this amendment reduces the Rehabilitations and Programs Division within the Department of Corrections by general fund of $72,458 in FY 2024 and $72,690 in FY 2025 and will be reduced by 1.00 FTE.
