2-15-1752. (Effective January 1, 2026) Board of allied health care professionals. (1) In accordance with 37-1-123, there is a board of allied health care professionals.

(2) The board consists of seven members:

(a) two clinical laboratory scientists;

(b) two radiologic technologists;

(c) two respiratory therapists; and

(d) one public member.

(3) The board is allocated to the department as prescribed in 2-15-121.
