Penalty For Failure To Remove Encroachment Promptly

7-14-2136. Penalty for failure to remove encroachment promptly. If the encroachment is not removed immediately or removal is not diligently conducted, the one who causes, owns, or controls the encroachment is subject to a penalty of $100 for each day the encroachment continues.
