Controlling Provisions For State Of Emergency -- Liability Of Responsible Persons

10-3-1210. Controlling provisions for state of emergency -- liability of responsible persons. In the event that a state of emergency is declared by proper authority pursuant to 10-3-303, as the result of a hazardous material incident, the provisions of 10-3-303 govern.
