16-3-515. Sales by distributor. (1) A distributor may sell and deliver beer purchased or acquired by the distributor to another distributor, retailer, or common carrier licensed under this code.

(2) A distributor may sell and deliver table wine and sacramental wine purchased or acquired by the distributor to another distributor, retailer, or common carrier licensed under this code and table wine to an agency liquor store.
