Legislative Conduct Inadmissible

26-1-109. Legislative conduct inadmissible. The conduct of the legislative branch in passing legislation is not admissible in a bad faith analysis or for the purpose of awarding costs or attorney fees against a government entity defending an enactment of the legislature.
