Insurance Presumed Unobtainable From Authorized Insurers

33-2-324. Insurance presumed unobtainable from authorized insurers. At least annually, the commissioner shall make available a list of the kinds of insurance that are presumed to be unobtainable from authorized insurers, known as the approved risk list.
