Coverage Of Oral Therapy -- Opioid Use Disorder

33-22-127. Coverage of oral therapy -- opioid use disorder. A health insurance issuer may not impose prior authorization or step therapy requirements for an oral therapy prescription used to treat opioid use disorder.
