Rulemaking Power

37-40-203. Rulemaking power. (1) The department may adopt rules, consistent with the purposes of this chapter, as it considers necessary.

(2) The department shall adopt rules governing educational equivalency requirements, as provided in 37-40-302, for registration of sanitarians.
